<font color="#000000">关于我馆领事部不再直接受理普通签证及领事认证申请的通知</font>

　　为进一步提高服务质量，有效解决我馆因领事业务激增造成的申办大厅拥挤、申请人等候时间过长等问题，参照在东京的其他国家大使馆的成功作法，我馆决定委托“中国签证申请服务中心（东京）”办理相关业务，具体如下：　　

　　自2016年10月27日起，我馆领事部领区（东京都、神奈川县、千叶县、埼玉县、长野县、山梨县、静冈县、群马县、枥木县、茨城县）内持普通护照（在外交领事机构工作并持所在机构出具的外交照会者除外）办理中国签证业务或办理领事认证业务，请到中国签证申请服务中心（东京）提交申请，我馆不再受理这两类业务。申办赴中国香港特别行政区签证（入港许可）、澳门特别行政区签证及持外交、公务护照和持普通护照的外交领事机构人员申办赴中国签证仍维持原做法，可直接到我馆领事部申请。

　　Notice on Opening Visa Application Service Center

　　The Chinese Visa Application Service Center(CVASC)in Tokyo will open on 27 October 2016. All the ordinary passport holders wishing to visit the mainland of China are requested to apply for visas at the Center.　　

　　Address: 8^th floor, Kamiyacho Prime Place, 4-1-17, Toranomon, Minato-ku, Tokyo

　　Office hours: Monday to Friday, except public holidays　　

　　Submission of applications: 9:00 am-3:00 pm(Express applications should be submitted before 11:30 am)　　

　　Collection and payment:9:00 am -4:00 pm

　　Besides collecting visa fees and express visa fees on behalf of the Embassy, CVASC also charges service fees. For more information, please visit the website:www.visaforchina.org　　

　　After the opening of the CVASC, holders of diplomatic or service(official) passport, or applicants qualified for the Chinese diplomatic, courtesy, service visas, or applicants applying for Hong Kong SAR or Macao SAR visa/entry permit may still submit their applications directly to the Chinese Embassy and Consulate General.
